KADHI & CHAWAL RECIPE 😃😋💕

Ingredients for kadhi :-

8 tbsp besan
Sour curd
Oil
1tsp Mustard seeds
1tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2tsp carom seeds (ajavain)
1tsp Fenugreek (meethi)
Whole Coriander (sabut dhaniya)
Dry Red chillies
Salt
1tsp Turmeric powder
1tsp garam masala
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp amchoor powder
Curry leaves
Chopped onions ,ginger, garlic , green chilli
1boiled potato (for pakoras)

Ingredients for rice :-

Thick Cardamom (motti illayache)
Cumin seeds (jeera)
1bay leaf ( Tez patta )
1cup rice
3 cup water

METHOD

FOR KADHI :-
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Step1 - Take a mixing bowl, add 8tbsp besan ,add water little by little and mix it
Take another bowl whisk sour curd with water and besan mixture, make a smooth liquid without any lumps and keep it aside.
Step2 - Heat 2tbsp oil in kadai on low flame.
Add 1tsp Mustard seeds ,1tsp cumin (jeera) , , 2-3 dry Red chillies,whole coriander (sabut dhaniya) , add 9-10 curry leaves
Let them all splutter for 1-2min
Thn add chopped onions and garlic ,ginger saute and cook until they turn in golden colour.
Step3 - now add prepare mixture in it and give a good mix , keep stirring continuously almost 15 min else there are chances for besan to stick to bottom of kadai
Further , colour of kadhi starts to turn yellowish

FOR PAKORAS :-
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Step1- Take a bowl , add I boiled potato and chopped onion , green chilli
Step2- add salt , amchoor powder , turmeric powder ,red chilli powder, coriander powder
Mix it all.
Step3- add 2tbsp besan and 1tbsp of water mix it well and make a thick batter.
Step4- deep fry the pakoras , stir occasionally till they turn golden brown from all sides, drain padoras and add into kadhi and mix it .

FOR RICE :-
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Step1- Heat 1tbsp oil in pressure cooker add 1tsp jeera , add 1 bay leaf (tez patta) , add 1 thick cardamom(motti illayache).
Step2- add 1cup rice (wash rice first thn add) add 3 cup water and salt (as per your taste).
Step3- close the lid and let the cooker blow only one whistle.
Then switch off the flame
And serve it in plate with kadhi & pakoras 😃💕😋
