Exploring The Abandoned Drug KingPin / Bike Gang Member Mansion

The Mansion we are exploring today was custom built in 1989 for a head figure in one of the GTA's largest motorcycle gangs. The person in question acquired over $4 million dealing various drugs, mainly cocaine, to construct a completely custom, beautiful, 6,000sqft. mansion in the outskirts of the GTA. March of 2008, he sold drugs to a wired undercover officer. His house was quickly raided and he was arrested and charged with drug trafficking as well as possession after the police found several pounds of cocaine hidden in the walls and flooring of his home. Seeing as the funds that aided the construction of the house were obtained through illegal methods, the Crown seized his property as proceeds of crime. The man finally pleaded guilty in 2010 and was sentenced to two year in prison. Upon his release in 2012, the biker gang member made several attempts at claiming his seized mansion all of which being denied by the Court of Appeal. Mid-January 2015, a final decision was made that he would never reposes his property, and it fell into the hands of the city.
