I have not had much chance this summer to practice at knife making. Now that the weather has cooled off a bit I decided to set aside some time to light the forge. I made this knife out of a leftover piece of the low layer damascus billet I forged my round knife from. The handle is curly maple. It is what I like to think of as an all purpose utility knife. Light enough to carry around every day, sturdy enough for camping or to use as a hunting knife.

I am always working on building something and try to average a YouTube video once a week. Most often they are about leather work, but I have also posted videos on black smithing, knife making, casting, and even how I make soap. Be sure to Subscribe if you are interested in any of these topics, or just making things in general.
