I am looking for a position on a competitive collegiate ice hockey team after I graduate from high school in 2021. Currently I play for the Division 1 Lake Orion High School Varsity Team. Past Accomplishments: • 2019 LCAHL District Champions (Orchard Lake St. Mary's) • MAHA Select Development Camp / Jun 17, 2018 - Jun 22, 2018 Lake Superior State University, Sault Ste Marie, MI (of the 120 kids selected, I was one of twelve kids selected two years in a row) • MAHA Select Development Camp / Jun 25, 2017 - Jun 30, 2017 Lake Superior State University, Sault Ste Marie, MI (Of the 120 kids selected, I was one of three Tier 2 players selected for this camp) Personal Statement I envision my college years to be a period of personal growth. Although my area of study is undecided, my goal of playing ice hockey at the collegiate level remains my number one priority. Representing my school both on and off the ice as a respectful and responsible athlete is something I feel life thus far has prepared me for. Through over a decade of playing ice hockey, I have learned the importance of team work, dedication, and true grit. As a collegiate athlete, I will strive to be an asset to the team and the school, both physically and mentally. Most importantly, I will conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the ice knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school I attend.
