The person in the bacta tank is a Jedi severely injured and placed there during some point of time. With order 66 and all id="hidden2" class="buttons"> the chaos occuring i could imagine he was left there and forgotten about. Cal Cestis finds him, and therefore the name ''Jedi : Survivor''. The person will later help Cal Cestis.

If you play the game you’d collect echos around the crash site and there will be a story in those echos.

Plus the empire was there so I think they captured the Padawan survivor and brought him there in the lab in the trailer

We know that Mail survived being cut in half and this could be the way that we get new combat from Cal who didn’t finish his training before Order 66. Which also adds new dynamics to the game. Either way, the most likely scenario is that this is a new character.

Because the environment in the tank looks very old, perhaps it was still inserted there after some battle before the rise of the empire.
But according to the senator's voice, I'd say it's more of a clone of Cal himself.
We find that Cal is constantly cloned, and serves as a senator's weapon to bring Vader and Palpatine down, but he keeps failing?
I also think that the character with the red sword is the same character in the tank. And that he would not fight Cal, but train him (training shots from the towers before that), because he fought with only one hand, and without strong heavily/strong stance as sith ....وسعت

@TimelessWorldOfGamingمنذ 2 سنوات Yaaaay, another Souls-inspired game. The pandemic continues. I wish I could say I was hyped but I never finished Fallen Order, I got too bored with it id="hidden55" class="buttons"> and went back to The Force Unleashed 2 on 360 that I've played a million times because the combat is more Star Wars and immersive than the sluggish Soul's combat. I did watch all the cut scenes on youtube though for the Star Wars aspect of it. It was too easy and familiar with how much I replay the Dark Souls Series so it couldn't keep my attention, I'm the type that has to be trying new things. I hope they spice it up and make it feel like you're actually a powerful Jedi this time with the combat rather than a helpless child, which is what he is at the time but still. lol I'm all for the challenge they try for but often times they swing too hard for it and take away from everything else in the game, making the combat and challenge the only reason to play it. Pssst, Stranger of Paradise is the perfect example, hehe. Ghost of Tsushima for example, people enjoyed everything about that game, but Souls has a very specific charm that doesn't mix with other charms very well, especially when so many Souls-inspired games are all dropping and announced so close to each other. A lot of times it's like putting ketchup and coleslaw on your peanut butter Jelly sandwich. They just don't mix but when we have nothing else to eat, we try to eat it anyway because we're so hungry. That's what's happening to the gaming market unfortunately and gaming just isn't what it used to be 15 years ago. Souls gamers are the type that don't get enough challenge in their life so they have to get it from that, but then there are lots of people with more responsibilities and higher stress levels whose only way to relax is gaming but can't because these types of games are all we're getting now. So you have those that attempt to voice it, and those who just accept it. Voicing an opposing opinion tends to trigger the Souls community to start riots and bully gamers that don't like their games, even ones that do but still disagree. It's interesting to see how much Demons Souls has actually ruined the gaming community from the ground up since it released and infected 70% of the development market. I remember when every week I bought a new game and I was always so excited, but now it's just like "Do I want that Souls experience, this Souls Experience, or should I just play something I've already played a million times?" It's like we've gone back to the age of Super Nintendo where every game had to follow somewhat of the same groundwork. Now we have all this advanced programing and consoles, yet developers choose not to utilize them and just challenge gamers. It's lazy. ....وسعت
