Peshawari Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:
-Oil ½ Cup
-Chicken karhai cut 1 Kg
-Garlic paste 2 Tbsp
-Tomatoes halves 5-6 medium
-Green Chilies 5-6
-Red Chili crushed 1 Tbsp
-Black Pepper crushed 1 Tbsp
-Salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Yogurt 1 Cup
-Fresh Coriander Chopped
-Ginger Julienne
Directions:
-In a wok, add oil and chicken, mix them well until they change color.
-Add garlic paste, mix it well and fry until it turns light golden.
-Add tomatoes, cover and cook on low flame for about 10-15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
-Remove skin, mix well and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add green chilies and mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed, red chilli crushed, salt and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
Now add yogurt and cook on high flame for 5 mins
-Garnish with fresh coriander, ginger & serve.
