Hello Friends!!! Welcome to my channel. Today, I am sharing a very tasty and delicious recipe of Fruit Raita . Fruit Raita is a healthy and yummy dish prepared by mixing curd and diced fresh fruits like apple, pineapple, pomegranate, banana, strawberry etc. Curd, which is a main ingredient in this recipe, is a rich source of calcium and good for digestive system. Raita with lot of mixed fruits is generally favorite among kids where they can enjoy multiple fruits in a single preparation. Fruit raita is a perfect and simple recipe that goes well along with your meals or during fasting. Fruit raita makes a best way to include vitamins and proteins in your fasting food. Raitas, ideally make a perfect accompaniment with pulao or rice and can be prepared instantly. This recipe of mix fruit raita is a sweet raita and can be served as it is. We used apple, banana, strawberry , pear and pomegranate seeds for this raita recipe. But you can use any fruit as per the availability and your taste as well. Your kids will surely relish eating this mix fruit raita and they can enjoy multiple fruits in single preparation. So, here’s a simple and easy recipe for fruit raita with step-by-step pictures. Enjoy! INGREDIENTS : - 1 Cup Fresh curd, - ½ Cup cream, - ½ Cup Sugar Powder, - ½ Cup pomwgranate grains, - 2 Chopped kiwis, - Handful of Grapes , Green and Black both. - Orange Pulp, ( remove its seeds and skin ) - Chopped bananas, - ½ cup Chopped Strawberries. - 1 Cup Chopped apple ( remove its seeds and skin ), - ½ Cup Raisins ( You can choose any amount and quantity of Fruits as per your Choice ). RECIPE : - Put Curd in a Mixing Pot, add cream and sugar powder, - Whisk rapidly and nicely. - Add all the fruits one by one i.e. Chopped apple, Kiwi, Banana , Grapes , Orange pulp, Pomegranate Grains , Strawberries and raisins. - Mix nicely and gently. A very tasty, delicious and nutritious Fruit raita is ready. It is very tempting and lip smacking too. Serve in a pot and Garnish with all the diced fruits and dry fruits. Before serving, put it into refrigerator for at least 1 Hour. You can serve this lip smacking fruit raita after your meals or anytime of the day. It all goes well along with your meals or during fasting. SUGGESTIONS : • Few people does not like sugar mixed with curd. Adjust the quantity of sugar according to your preferred taste. • There is no limit on quantity of healthy fruits that can be used to prepare this raita. You can make it as much fruity as you like. • Adding variety of fruits really brings out the best taste. Avoid using over ripen and mushy fruits as they will ruin the taste Hope you'll like it.
