Mee tai mak / bee tai bak / silver needle noodles / lou shu fun is a type of Chinese noodles. They may be stir-fried, cooked in broth or boiled and eaten dry with a mixture of sauces. Claypot Mee Tai Bak is another Malaysians' favourite noodle dish and it’s ours too! Served piping hot in the claypot, this dish comes with generous amount of minced meat, pork lard and topped with a raw egg which is stirred in before you dig in. This is a very easy and yummy one pot (oh well almost) meal. We highly recommend you to try cooking this at home.
