Ingredients (सामग्री):
For the dough (गुजिया के लिए आटा):
1. All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 500 gm
2. Salt (नमक) - half tsp
3. Clarified butter (देसी घी) - 1/4 Cup
4. Water (पानी) - 250 ml (40% to 50% of Flour)
Note: Make a Tight Dough
Stuffing for Gujia (गुजिया):
1. Khoya (मावा) - 300 gm
2. Sugar (चीनी) - 125 gm (1/2) cup
3. Semolina (सूजी) - 1/3 Cup
4. Grated Dry Coconut (कदूकस किया सूखा नारियल) - 1/4 Cup
5. Walnut ( अखरोट) - अ tablespoon
6. Cashews (काजू) - 2 tablespoon
7. Almond (बादाम) - 2 tbsp
Note: You can add more dry fruits as per your choice
8. Green cardamom (हरी इलायची) - 7 to 8
9. Saffron (केसर) - 1 pinch (optional)
10. Clarified butter (देसी घी) - 1 tbsp
11. Oil to fry gujia (गुजिया तलने के लिए तेल)
