संसद भवनमा नेताहरुको प्रतिक्रिया, कसले के भने

Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Prachanda-Madhav group Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that he has boycotted the agenda brought by the government instead of boycotting the parliament. As he was leaving the House of Representatives, Dahal told reporters at the Federal Parliament Building that he was opposed to the agenda of introducing the ordinance instead of the parliament. He said that the unconstitutional, immoral and undemocratic government has boycotted the agenda of passing the ordinance as it does not have the right to do so. नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी(नेकपा) प्रचण्ड–माधव समूहका अध्यक्ष पुष्पकमल दाहालले संसद बहिष्कार नभई सरकारले ल्याएको एजेण्डा बहिष्कार गरेको बताउनुभएको छ । प्रतिनिधिसभा बैठक छोडेर बाहिर निस्कदै गर्दा संघीय संसद भवनमा संचारकर्मीसँग अध्यक्ष दाहालले संसदको नभई अध्यादेश पेश गर्ने एजेण्डाको विरोध गरेको प्रतिक्रिया दिनुभएको हो । असंवैधानिक, अनैतिक र अलोकतान्त्रिक सरकारलाई अध्यादेश ल्याउने अधिकार नभएकाले अध्यादेश पारित गराउने एजेण्डा बहिस्कार गरेको बताउनुभयो । सर्वोच्च अदालतको फैसलाले सरकार कसको हो भन्ने दुविधा सिर्जना गरेको पनि उहाँले उल्लेख गर्नुभयो । उहाँले कानुन व्यवसायीसँग छलफल गरी स्थायी कमिटी बैठक बसी आगामी रणनीति तय गरिने स्पष्ट पार्नुभयो । -------------------------------------------- © Kendrabindu Online Media Pvt.
