    @kokichiouma6221منذ 3 سنوات hey guys,i know a lot of people won't read this but please if you see this,stop and read.I've done chloe ting's challenges 3 times and i was id="hidden6" class="buttons"> highly disappointed.Not because i didn't see results or anything,but because her schedules are hard to follow,especially when you're supposed to do 4 videos a day.This is why i've never finished her challenges.I also find them way too easy sometimes.It's hard to explain but i always feel like i don't feel the burn enough.Yeah i know i sound like a masoschist lmao but seriously when i finish her ab workouts i'm like: "oh.that's all".I think Lilly's workouts are better if you want to feel the burn and quick results ....وسعت 4

    Day 1: done
    Day 2: done
    Day 3: done, my body tells me it needs rest but idk <br />Day 4: got my period and took a day off
    Day 5: done! Felt better that I took a break, I was feeling more flexible
    Day 6: didn’t have energy but did it anyway (I took some breaks)
    Day 7: still didn’t have energy and I was kind of shaking today but I did it and I just took one break
    Day 8: took some breaks again but I finished it. Also tomorrow I’m going on vacation and I don’t know if I’ll have time for some days to do it
    Day 9: so I skipped this day
    Day 10: I managed to do it today! But I don’t know for tomorrow
    Day 11: I did it! And I’m still on vacation!
    Day 12: I didn’t do it today but tomorrow I’m going hardddd
    Day 13: done
    Day 14: done!
    So I’ve finished the workout. My body is definitely healthier and my metabolism has been better. Results are visual as well, my legs look more athletic than before in the hip area. I’m gonna continue this until day 20 alone and then I’m gonna jump into another leg workout of hers. Recommended! Also, if you guys have another workout to recommend hit me up!
