My Weekend Morning to Afternoon Routine | Saturday Routine

Namaskar, In today’s video, I have shared my weekend routine with you which is a mix of important tasks that usually take place on weekends, along with some relaxation and quality time spent with family. Hope you enjoy watching it! *********************************************************** Ragi Laddus (Ingredient list) Ragi flour - 1 cup Jaggery - ½ cup Ghee – ½ cup Almonds and cashews Pumpkin seeds and Flax seeds Fox nuts (Makhana) Raisins (Kishmish) Roasting everything as demonstrated in the video is essential for achieving the right flavors in this recipe. In the mixer jar, combine the perfectly roasted almonds, cashews, seeds, and makhana. Give them a coarse grind using the pulse mode for a few seconds. Now, take the roasted ragi flour and place it in a large bowl. Add the coarsely ground nut and seed mix, along with the kishmish (raisins), melted ghee, and jaggery. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together before starting to shape them into laddus. Pay attention to the temperature of the mix, as it should be warm enough for the laddus to take shape.
