Then we set the Pomodoro timer (25 minutes) and begin working on the task. After each Pomodoro session, we take a 5-minutes break. And then repeat. 🙋🏻‍♂️ Who am I? I am no-one. I have graduated from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University (now Delhi Technological University), New Delhi, India. Well, it is about building an awakened human civilisation through the evolution or awakening of human consciousness- a state where we experience a deeper dimension of ourselves. And, ultimately deepening the level of collective human consciousness. The world, as we see, is simply a reflection of the collective human consciousness; hence evolving the same is the only way to build a beautiful & majestic world. I would like to quote Albert Einstein- “The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.” How can one get awakened? It’s simple- all one needs is the Right Knowledge (scientific-spirituality based on physics, empirically established principles & real-world experience) and the Right Practice (practising conscious breathings- brings you to Presence). The idea is to be simply conscious of breath while maintaining a soft focus on the matter-at-hand (say book). Easy Peasy! What’s in my cup? It’s either of these things- black coffee with honey, green tea with honey, warm water with lemon & honey, plain warm water. What do you listen to while studying? Nature’s sound or Nothing. What are your favourite books? My Inventions- Nikola Tesla, An Autobiography of Yogi, The Alchemist, The Power of Now, The 80/20 Principle, The Power of the Subconscious Mind. Can you share some of your favourite quotations? 1. An unexamined life is not worth living. - Socrates. 2. No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it. -Albert Einstein. 3. Though free to think and act, we are held together like the stars in the firmament, with ties inseparable. these ties cannot be seen, but we can feel them. - Nicola Tesla. 4. I think 99 times and find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence (Presence), and the truth comes to me. - Albert Einstein. 5. My brain is only a receiver; in the Universe, there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength and inspiration. I have not penetrated into the secrets of this core, but I know that it exists. - Nicola Tesla. 6. The gift of mental power comes from God, Divine Being, and if we concentrate our minds on that truth, we become in tune with this great power. - Nicola Tesla. 7. At any rate, I am convinced that God does not play dice with the universe. - Albert Einstein. 8. The only real valuable thing is intuition. - Albert Einstein. 9. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. - Leonardo da Vinci. 10. The art of knowing is knowing what to ignore. - Rumi. If you want to ask something, you can email me.
