Then we set the Pomodoro timer (25 minutes) and begin working on the task. After each Pomodoro session, we take a 5-minutes break. And then repeat. 🙋🏻‍♂️ Who am I? I am no-one. Well, it is about building an awakened human civilisation through the evolution or awakening of human consciousness- a state where we experience a deeper dimension of ourselves. It’s simple- all one needs is the Right Knowledge (scientific-spirituality based on physics, empirically established principles & real-world experience) and the Right Practice (practising conscious breathings- brings you to Presence). The idea is to be simply conscious of breath while maintaining a soft focus on the matter-at-hand (say book). Easy Peasy! What’s in my cup?
