BUY YOUR INSTANT POT HERE: 8QT: https://amzn.to/2xTpU38 6QT: https://amzn.to/34kZDH9 Ingredients: 1 Cup of Water 1 lbs Pinto beans 1 Can Diced Tomatoes 1 lbs Ground beef/Turkey beef 1/2 Can El Pato Sauce 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Garlic Powder pinch of Oregano Toppings: Lettuce Tomato Green Onion Nacho Cheese Sour Cream Tortilla Chips Stove Top Instructions: 1. Sauté ground beef and add all of seasonings. 2. Once the ground beef turns brown add the pinto beans, the 1 can of diced tomatoes and the 1/2 can of El Pato Sauce. 3. Let it simmer for about 5-8 minutes on low-med heat. 4. Your meat is ready! 5. Put together your Nachos! Sour Cream Recipe: 1. 1 cup of Half and Half or Whipping Cream 2. 3 Limes 3. Combine Ingredients in a jar. 4. Cover with napkin and Secure with rubber band. 5. Let it rest for 10hrs.
