@freespirited71633 years ago Sad. It was a black guy beating the hell out of this lady in front of me, we were at the light. She managed to get her daughter out the car i pulled over and told her to get in. This dude was getting out of the car to come over to mines. Another man of another color pulled over he seen what had happened to. He said yo mama you good. That coward jumped back in that car so fast!! I keep telling women some of these things you are calling men, are the seed's of Satan... ... 119

@themoneywoman23813 years ago When I get disrespected by a business, I keep calm, go to Google and do a review. I don’t return to the business. I hit them in their pockets, where it counts. 16

@nora_jean28003 years ago I bet they wouldn't have acted like that if ur husband was with u. It's really sad, but sometimes men think they can do us any kinda way when we don't have a male covering. I'm sorry u had to deal with that. Keep ya head up Queen! ... 109

@sweetneecy3 years ago I have heard it be said many times. Everyone sees how unprotected the women and girls are in our community which gives lead way for other races of men to mimick the disrespect. I hate that this happened to you. I've been through it as well. ... 363

@lvncsr61663 years ago You are so very fortunate to have a husband who will 'see him this week.' It's sad but true, there are times when we need the protection of a husband and if the "bro" were near, he would be in serious trouble if your husband were to find him. Stay calm, cool, and a lady:) ... 66

@goodthewizard3 years ago I see the hurt in your eyes. I’m sorry this had to happen to you when you were in right. All skin folk ain’t kinfolk. A lot of black men need to GROW UP! That BabyBoy syndrome is prevalent in our community and played out! 228

@debrabelton31613 years ago I'm so sorry you went through this. Unfortunately, I've also had similar experiences from men close to me. Black women are always front and center when it comes to social injustices but there is no covering for us. People are literally becoming wealthy just on YouTube with the venom spewed against us. Black men will never be fully respected in this country until they provide a covering for their women and children. We need to do better. ... 213

@reneehenderson61343 years ago I remember when our men started losing their socially responsible minds in the 1970s. The morass has reached a critical festering boil. Your experience certainly caused a few of my old wounds to reopen. It's so bad that even the women seem to have given up on decorum, politeness, and awareness of who we are, where we are, and what we're dealing with. I do remember when this was not our story as a people. I'm praying we find our way 'back to the garden' and sensibility. ... 43

@jackym34563 years ago No he did not. For some reason I felt that coming. I know exactly what you mean because that happens to a lot of us. It makes you angry and at the same time sad to see how stupid some people are. I am sorry that happened to you.❤️ ... 55

@rebeccamercer62083 years ago I retired 35 yrs from my state's prison system working with male inmates. Every race, shape, education level etc., etc., etc. has a root problem of respecting women in general. So, as upsetting as this was for you....it doesn't surprise me one bit! I don't feel MOST men are raised to respect women. Now that's not everybody, there are still a few good men! ... 22
  • @
@olamarie58163 years ago I watch a number of female content creators on you tube covering a number of topics and sometimes the reality of the things black women ie womansphere, women who’ve “divested” say, can get to be very overwhelming and have you out here like a chihuahua barking at black men when they display the very behavior you mentioned in this video, AND WORSE. I come to your channel, Angela Marshalles and a few others to detach from this type of conversation, to wind down & have fun! It saddens me that not even HERE that we as black women can escape the ignorance of these cowardly men who live in submission and chose to tap dance for those who would set up shop in our neighborhood, take our money and beat our asses a soon as they felt like we stepped outta line! I’m sorry you had to experience that but I guess anytime we as women are out here trying to learn grow and live our best life A N****A gotta come along, snap his fingers in our face to break the spell lol. Love your channel and please keep us updated🤗 ... 32

@nicolesj193 years ago Facts and that Asian man could give 2 cents about the black guy. The Asians don't like us. They want the money that we spend with them. I stopped getting my nails and toes done because of the treatment I received. I learned to do my own because I refused to give them any money. We always seem to treat our people wrong, and it's heartbreaking that you had to experience that type of treatment. ... 8

@lovelyrose27413 years ago Short answer? NO! I realized that many years ago. And to add injury to insult it's NOT because of attitude, hair, weight, economic status, single-motherhood, ect, ect...it's simply because -- she's Blk. If you were a non-blk woman he would have remained silent, but a blk woman? Blk men have to let the world know; she ain't..... I would most guarantee as soon as you left he had some disparaging words to say about you to that guy. Been there done that. I learned long ago and the hard way. Stop looking at blk men like that's your people, kin-folks or tribe....uh uh...that died and they killed it because that woman is Blk. They have a deeper sense of self-loathing and anti-blk mindsets in comparison to blk women. ... 8
  • @
@proverb3103 years ago I am so sorry to hear that you had to experience this, unfortunately there are some black men who behave this way because they follow that BRO code to the pits of hell. The thing is, they better not try it with another race of women because those men will defend their women. Some black men will not even admit that he did anything wrong, he was just standing up for his main man. That NB man could care less about him and if it comes down to it, he will eventually show it. If your husband was there, you would not have gone through that experience, (Ole shuck and jive would not have said one word.) Cowardliness and ignorance tend to run together. We do have some good black men, I have one and two sons, my dad and uncles do not behave this way. I know a bum a mile away because I am surrounded by good black men, who do not disrespect women especially black women. I am glad that you did not give him the satisfaction of responding to him. Enjoy the rest of your week Eva, sending you positive energy.🧡🧡💛 ... 32

@PrincessJasmineWorld3 years ago Mrs. Eva, I have resonated with so many of your recent videos. I've been a subscriber for A WHILE and because my mom is not the type to be on social media, I find that you two are very much alike. I value my mom so much in ways that inspire me on the daily... and that's exactly why I love watching you and your content-not just on your fragrance reccomendations, but your commentary. Such wisdom- that is clearly being washed out and even degraded in the waves and flow of main stream culture today.
    Smh.
It takes a great amount of integrity, self-control, and confidence to not just walk the walk...but to share on YouTube and teach the talk.♥️

@scrubbingoffinternet52213 years ago Whew Lord! I swear the order of importance for SOME of our tribe of men is
    1. Non-Black men (because they live vicariously through them) />2. Black men (his image)
    3. Non black women ( because he idolizes #1.
    4. Black women ( their last priority)
The informal culture towards Black women/people is a sign or disrespect as well. In Korean culture there are 7 levels of respect in how you talk to people but they speak to ANY Black person informally. We have no global respect because our men refuse to build a black nation and run it well and refuse to give even an iota of respect to their women. When they speak of black power they really want black male supremacy. I'm over the whole community and the foolishness.

@juanitaoneal60203 years ago I really feel your heart. I'm glad you still handled the matter and yourself very well. For this man to come in and jump into your business, was absolutely disrespectful in so many ways. From what you are saying, this brother probably disrespect the woman he was with. This is why some men do not get the respect they deserve or desire from black women. I agree with you, let's just do better. We as black people already get looked down on from other races, so why do it to each other!!! LORD we need you. ... 5
