They still have CURFEWS to abide by. If you violate it, there is a 1,000 JOD fine. **LEVEL 4: DO NOT TRAVEL per U.S. Embassy in JORDAN due to the increasing COVID 19. Please check your country's embassy prior to traveling to JORDAN at this time. 2.Jordan website: abide with the necessary requirements. You will be stopped from traveling if you don’t follow. https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo/form/ 3.Passport health to get medical clearance & covid swab test (for U.S. residents). Check other clinics where COVID PCR swab test can be done prior to coming to Jordan. You will be stopped at the airport if you don’t have this. https://www.passporthealthusa.com/ *YOU CAN ALSO ask your primary provider for help. 4.TRAVEL INSURANCE: I used AXA Travel Insurance. https://www.axa-travel-insurance.com/ European countries can also use AXA in their country. Reasonably priced. Your medical insurance usually will not cover you internationally, so call them prior to your travel. 5.If you have been vaccinated with COVID 19, you need a PCR swab negative test 72 hours prior to your arrival to JORDAN and another 72 hours negative swab test when you arrive there to bypass quarantine. Payment of JOD 28 (children under the age of five are exempt). Of course, do not expose yourself to someone while waiting for that result when in JORDAN. Advisable to quarantine until you get a NEGATIVE COVID 19 test. 6. From Jan. 18, 2021 U.S. Embassy website: "Home quarantine is only required for individuals who test positive for COVID-19. Individuals who test positive for COVID-19 at the airport on arrival will be subject to the Government of Jordan regulations for quarantine, which includes at least ten days of home isolation.
