Registered Dietitian (RD) / Nutrition Expert shows you step by step an easy and delicious banana energy bite recipe! Recipe: 2 well ripened bananas (mashed) 1/2 cup peanut butter 1.5 cups plain quick oats 1/4 cup ground flaxseed 1/2 cup chocolate chips 3/4 cups unsweetened coconut Directions: Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Put in fridge for 15-20 minutes, remove and roll into balls. Makes 12-15 bites. Lasts 3-4 days in air tight container in refrigerator or up to 2 weeks frozen.
