Today I am sharing with you my favorite weight loss Oatmeal recipes that have helped me lose up to 50 LBS of body fat. How? Because oatmeal is full of fiber helping you stay full throughout the day. Plus, it's lower on the calorie density scale allowing you to eat more and weight less. It's no wonder why the "oatmeal diet" became popular...it's delicious and filling and is excellent for our health. ✨ Also don't forget, me and Chelsea Mae Cullen want to encourage you guys to eat more oatmeal, so we are doing a oatsforbreakychallenge over on Instagram. Make sure to join us by using the hashtag when you post an oatmeal dish. You can follow us here: https://www.instagram.com/healthy.vegan.mama https://www.instagram.com/chelseamaecullen ✨ SUBSCRIBE TO CHELSEA'S YOUTUBE CHANNEL for more Vegan Weight Loss info - /channel/UC_WwtGaluTbvHy_7H0NrACQ Must Watch Next: How I lost 50 LBS Easy! @derekmill7412منذ 3 سنوات I come from Scotland in the UK and, like most Scots, I was brought up eating "oatmeal " which we call porridge. I'm nearly 70 years old and id="hidden3" class="buttons"> I am still eating it. We made it with water and poured it into a bowl, let sit for a couple of minutes and then add milk. The milk stays on top while the oatmeal sort of sets underneath. I suggest when you cook your oats you add double the amount of liquid to oats. This is gives you a much larger serving. You can still add toppings of your choice.
It is said that a true scotsman only adds salt to his porridge and "never " sugar ". How times have changed! Bernadette

@kristinpothastمنذ 3 سنوات I've been plant based for a while and strictly vegan since the start of the pandemic. I was prediabetic and high blood pressure and going plant based id="hidden14" class="buttons"> has definitely solved those issues! However, I've struggled to lose weight, and during the stress of the pandemic I've turned into a junk food vegan for sure! I didn't gain weight but my weight has been very stubborn, despite working out daily. I really just needed to get refocused and reminded and reinspired, and your channel has done that for me! I have finally lost 10 lbs and it's looking very good that I will continue to lose as long as I stay true to the principles. I have always loved that this way of eating is very filling and satisfying and gives me so much energy. Your recipes are so tasty and easy, I really appreciate your channel and the recommitment it's giving me to meet my health goals. Also, I just had the peach overnight oats you posted in another video with cinnamon, maple syrup and fresh peaches and it was honestly better than any ice cream I've had in a long time. I couldn't stop thinking about it afterward! And I"m about to go make a bowl of it for today, too :) ....وسعت
