Goat Intestine fry called as Boti curry or Boti varuval . Mutton Boti Fry is prepared from Lamb gizzards and the dish is famous in South India especially in Tamil nadu. Mutton Boti Fry goes well as a side dish with rice dishes and chappati. Mutton Boti Fry is delicious with spicy flavor and aroma. Mutton Boti Fry is nutritious and healthy as it is the tasty part of mutton and the dish can be easily prepared at home Ingredients 1. Mutton Boti - 300 gms 2. Small Onion - 25 pieces 3. Tomato - 1piece 4. Turmeric - 1/2 inch 5. Ginger - 1/2 inch 6. Garlic - 10 cloves 7. Fennel seeds 8. Cummin seeds 9. Curry leaves 10. Chilli powder - 1.5 table spoon 11. Coriander powder - 1 table spoon 12. Mutton Masala powder - 1 table spoon 13. Pepper powder - 1 table spoon 14. Salt - As required Method 1. Clean the Boti well and cut into small pieces 2. In the cut pieces add rock salt and turmeric and some water to clean it well. 3. Then in a pressure cooker add the cleaned boti pieces and add some chilli powder, turmeric and water. 4. Cook it for 6 - 8 whistles 5. Then take a pan add 2 table spoon sesame oil, keep it in medium flame. 6. Add fennel, cummin, salt and small onions to it. 7. Then add the Boti steamed water to it. 8. Now add the boti and masala powder, chilli and coriander powder to it. 9. Heat the pan in high flame for 5 minutes. 10. Now finally add the pepper in the Boti curry and it is ready to serve. Boti curry can be taken as a side dish with rice and chapatti. It'e very easy and simple recipe. Boti curry has lot of nutritional benefits. Mutton Boti is particularly rich in B-vitamins, such as vitamin B12 and folate.
