Cut down my first sizable tree - and courted disaster. I’ve been debriefing myself. This is my very bad mistake - I cut through the hinge. Fundamental misunderstanding of how the hinge works. Even with this fatal error, I could have avoided the near disaster had I driven a proper wedge center/back before my back cut reached mid tree. I’m very happy I gained these valuable lessons AND still had perfect result vs. expensive fail. I never make the same mistake twice. /watch/QVS7bs-N6QrN7
