Preparation Method 1. Heat a tbsp ghee in a pan on medium flame. Add whole cumin, whole garam masala ( 2 clove, 1) 1 cardamom, 4-5 black pepper and ½ inch mace). 2. Add 4 Tbsp oil, upon heating add the marinated chicken* and fry for 2-3 mins, till the chicken turns white in color. 3. Add all the spices ( Red chilli, Kasmiri mirch powder, Cumin coriander powder, Roasted and crushed cumin,Salt and ½ tsp garam masala ) 4. Saute chicken with all the spices for 2 mins (add 2 or 3 Tbs water if spices are sticking at the bottom) 5. Cover the lid and cook for 5 mins 6. Now add the paste prepared earlier** and mix well. 7. Keep stirring the chicken till the gravy comes to a boil. 8. Now cover the lid and cook on mid-low flame for 10 min. 9. Keep checking the korma in between, add little water if required. After 10 mins the gravy will thicken and oil will start coming on the surface. 10. Now put the flame to med-high and saute for 2 mins 11. Once the oil has separated completely add ½ tsp garam masala and 1/4th tsp nutmeg powder 12. Switch off the flame and serve hot with Naan or Rice. ******************************************************
