It has chicken inside, it has vegetables and it is done in the oven. If you think about it, with this recipe in your hand, there is absolutely no need to know anything else when your delirious kid is crying in the corner of the kitchen table, refusing to eat all the nutritinous food you prepared for them. Or you would not look for anything else, when you are craving for something delicious, quick and fun. You do not believe? Do dare! Try it and come back for the feedback :) Ingredients: 3 Tortillas, grated cheese, chicken breast, paprika, red onion 1- Pre heat the pan. 2- Cut the chicken breast and paprika into small pieces. 3- Fry the chicken breast pieces in the pre-heated pan, sprinkle down salt and chilli (optional) and then add the paprika. 4- In the meantime, slice down the red onion thinly and then add it to the frying pan. 5- Once everything is cooked, take them all off the pan. 6- Place the tortilla and sprinkle down grated cheese on the half of it, then spread the fried vegetables over the cheese and then sprinkle down more cheese on the top. 7- Fold over the empty side of the tortilla to enclose the vegetables. 8- Do the same for the remaining tortilla's and place them on baking paper covered oven tray. 9- Bake at 190 for about 8 minutes, and then serve!
