Hi, everyone! Here's a simple, easy, and FOOLPROOF way to make soft and fluffy butter cake. With this recipe, you can distribute the batter to multiple pans. I used three types: 8 x 8, 12 x 8, and a circular 9" pan. You will need the following ingredients:
8 eggs
400 g margarine
400 g sugar
3 tbsp milk
400 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
Bake at 350 °F for 20 - 25 minutes. Meanwhile, make the butter icing:
2/3 cup margarine
3 cups icing sugar
