2x Broken ATARI LYNX from the USA - Trying to FIX

Hi, here we a have 2 Atari Lynx sent in by Tyler all the way from America. They were both purchased as faulty and Tyler never got round to looking at them. He thought they might make an interesting video so he sent them into my PO box (details below). Can they be fixed?
