@SmitHVAC.منذ 2 سنوات Fun fact if you don't have the manual it says the high and low ratings right on the sticker on the solenoid 14

@MartinLDeLoach903العام الماضي As a HVAC tech I approve of the video message. Not only is the gas pressure on sililiniod but on gv itself. You just forgot to say. Do NOT turn the little id="hidden1" class="buttons"> screws on adjustment screws to much or it will suddenly pop off and then you loose the tiny spring(s) under the adjustmen screws. Then spend next 100 years looking for them ....وسعت 4

@Strictly4Defenseمنذ 2 سنوات You're outside working on package gas furnace possibly a commercial Rtu. But when working on residential furnace we have to set the gas pressure according id="hidden2" class="buttons"> to combustion analysis. Typically O2 should be 6-9%, CO under 100 ppm, flue gas temp should be in spec depending what kind of furnace you have in combustion analysis. If it's a 2 stage heating. We run it individually and set pressures accordingly. ....وسعت 7

@MartinLDeLoach903العام الماضي Another fun fact, put the hose on inlet port, And you can find out if the gv is getting enough gas pressure to the gv from the gas manifold to run the gas furnace. 2

@Georges3DPrintersالعام الماضي And did you clock the gas meter? All set to the 3.5 psi is not clocking gas meter for actual output compensation. But I only just started doing the clocking id="hidden4" class="buttons"> to ensure output. I still need/want to take a class taught by Jim Davis. and buy a combustion analyzer. ....وسعت 2

@jesushurtado1354العام الماضي Recently encountered a carrier ultra low Knox furnace and the ports to check my pressure were a different size than what usually works with my field piece adapters anyone encounter this? 2

@MartinLDeLoach903العام الماضي For those that don't know, on the adjustment screws, it is a quarter turn!! 1

@jamesortolano3983منذ 2 سنوات In the early 2000's when we were installing Lennox.
the G-61's,G-71's all had low settings on second stage.
I dont think any id="hidden6" class="buttons"> were adjusted to 3.5. Which meant they were not heating efficiently.
Since then I've checked every unit ,from every manufacturer, nd on more than half of what I've put in they all are to low.
Great video for all the new guys ,nd a good tool to have in the service bag..
