HOW I TONE MY HAIR | WHITE BLONDE HAIR | WELLA T18

Hey, my hair had slight yellow tinges and was looking a little brassy. I have toned it with Wella T18 which i purchased on Ebay, the toner is mixed best with 20 vol developer but i ran out so i used 1 part 20 vol and the second part 10 vol. It worked just the same! My hair has been lifted to a level to tone white! DISCLAIMER I am not a hair professional so before you use any hair products id ensure you do a skin test if you havent used them before. I have used these products before and know they work well with myself!
