After starting a new project for Camp NaNoWriMo, I decided to try to outline my Camp NaNo project. However, being a pantser is in my blood so here I go, Pantser Tries Plotting Using Save The Cat Writes a Novel 🔴 SUBSCRIBE HERE: 🔴 /c/saralubratt What to watch next: ▷ Reverse Outlining my Novel: /watch/0RNHARiA9XYAH ▷ How I Track My Word Counts Spreadsheet: /watch/AO9_Z94UDcRU_ ▷ Building My Writing Schedule: /watch/8aOcz-vcs8Bcc ▷ Pantser Tries Plotting Like JK Rowling: /watch/M9_YWMzygc9yY ▷ April Camp NaNoWriMo 2020 Playlist: /playlist/PL9eD840O9y77e6HpprPwVStXzwHeNL__P Join My "Cabin" for Camp NaNoWriMo July: https://www.facebook.com/groups/208150356898896/ (Made this because camp nano got rid of cabins but they were my favorite part. @nikkireignsمنذ 4 سنوات I enjoyed STCWAN, it did help iron out a few kinks. I go back and forth between pantsing (or frolicking as I like to call it) and extreme plotting. id="hidden1" class="buttons"> />For camp I plan on finishing my Nano project. The community vibe where everyone encourages everyone really helps with the motivation to push that much harder, like a protein shake but for writing
Also, your hair is main character goals, like book cover gorgeous. My stick straight locks weep emerald tears of envy

@BohoBookwormمنذ 4 سنوات I JUST bought Save The Cat Writes a Novel. I'm so excited for Camp Nanowrimo. I also love writing from multiple POVs. 3

@LeilaHolleyمنذ 4 سنوات My Camp goal is also 30,000 words. So excited for July to start. 6

@wordsbykayeمنذ 4 سنوات New projects are sooo exciting! I can't wait to see your weekly camp videos about it! 2

@JoeyPaulOnlineمنذ 4 سنوات Good luck with the plotting and planning. I do this once I've written but it doesn't always work all that well! 2

@sherrithorne9771منذ 4 سنوات Working on second draft of the Horror Dark Fantasy novel and doing 10,000 words for the Dark Fantasy book during Camp NaNoWriMo. Can't wait to hear more about your new project.

@Musicienne-DAB1995منذ 4 سنوات Great video! I think it is fantastic that you havr begun a new project, seeing as you worked so hard to complete the last. I look forward to your July id="hidden3" class="buttons"> writing blogs. Currently, I use the 3 Act, 9 Block, 27 Chapter method. However, I now realise that some parts need to "reveal themselves" and fussing over my outline is procrastination. So I am happy to see you have kept each outline brief. ....وسعت 1

@writative8285منذ 4 سنوات It's a Sara video! I finally got myself sorted on data so I'm back. Good luck with the Nano project! 1

@readerturnedwriterمنذ 4 سنوات It's so interesting to watch your method for outlining, with you being more of a pantser. I'm interested to see how it works out as you are actually writing it!

@AuthorJCCarpenterمنذ 4 سنوات I really like how you took Save the Cat and really made it your own. I may have to do something to that affect because in my story what's called id="hidden5" class="buttons"> the inciting incident is like the first thing that really happens which is not how Save the Cat has it so we'll see how this goes lol. Loved the video and take care ❤ ....وسعت 1

@gailc.m.victorمنذ 4 سنوات Whooo! Nice fun little video ^_^ In starting a new project soon, I think I'm sliding more into the pantser territory writing. Or, well, more like outlining id="hidden6" class="buttons"> as I write? But it's cool seeing people try out different ways, and seeing if it actually helps or not. Will be looking forward to your July weekly camp videos! ....وسعت 2

@LifeofAngelinaمنذ 4 سنوات I want to try outlining using save the cat so bad! 4

@StephanieWhitsonمنذ 4 سنوات I just bought save the cat a few weeks ago. I haven't read the whole thing, but it did help me see i needed a new first chapter. I have an idea of id="hidden7" class="buttons"> a plot for my project I want to do for July Camp, but I failed April Camp so I am thinking to actually use the beat sheet to help me with an outline. I am typically a pantser who outlines with bullet points once I get to a part where I need it. Not sure what you call that method.
Anyhow just wanted to say great video!

@kayleighhang3447منذ 4 سنوات Welcome to the dark side. jk but seriously, I think it’s really cool that you can use STC, being a pantser, to outline, but also keep the freedom of being a pantser while you’re drafting. Great video! 3

@BlackCatsAndBooksمنذ 3 سنوات Using STC for multiple POVs is a problem I'm having too.
