Phirni is an Indian rice pudding. It is made by using milk, coarse rice and sugar. Coarse rice makes it easier to cook and takes less time as compared to Kheer. We can also add some Cardamom powder for authentic Indian flavors. I have added some Mango pulp into Phirni and topped it with some mango chunks and few nuts 💕Served in small clay pots for a traditional feel.
