Grounding myself

I saw different grounding products, but because their resistance was about 90 ohms, I decided to make my own earthing device. In this video I show how to measure the resistance of the grounding mat in order to see if it it can actually ground you. And also how to see if you are grounding yourself when you touch that device, and if it’s worth the effort.
