This is a slow-paced asmr healing video, with a bit of reiki and my own energy contributions, soft speaking - entirely in Icelandic! (with english subtitles). Hver er þinn raunveruleiki þessi jól? What's your reality this holiday season? This is somewhat of a holiday special where I address creating your own reality, being you when it comes to Christmas, the holidays, however you'd like to spend and celebrate this time of year. We so easily fall into living for others, doing what we think we're supposed to do, however it fits into other people's way of living, that we forget and disregard ourselves. Many of us haven't even asked ourselves how we want to live, how we'd like to spend holidays, or how we'd like to create our lives, regardless of how, or if, it would fit with the people around us. . . As I'm writing this I am in the North of Iceland, about to spend Christmas with my siblings, parents and my brand new baby nephew in the calmness of the small town I grew up in, embraced by snow-white mountains and the frost, and christmas lights lighting up the darkest days of winter.
