︎︎Green Tea for Extreme Hair Growth I Tried a Green Tea Rinse on my Natural Hair

In today's video I'm going to be trying a green tea rinse on my natural hair! Studies have shown that green tea may support healthy hair growth and regrowth. In one study, green tea increased hair growth when applied topically to the hair and scalp by stimulating hair follicles and preventing damage to skin and hair cells. The green tea I am using also contains Jasmine, which is known to strengthen and prevent hair breakage and help maintain the hair’s natural moisture and elasticity. I used two green tea bags and 2 cups of water. After steeping the two cups of green tea I let it cool down completely, and then put it into the refrigerator so it was completely cooled down. After that, I took out the tea bags and poured the green tea into a spray bottle. I sectioned my hair into four sections and sprayed the green tea onto each section. I also used the pads of my fingers to massage my scalp while the green tea was in my hair. I let the green tea sit on my hair for about 15 minutes. After I washed out all of the green tea, my hair felt really soft and moisturized, and I was really happy with the results.
