You can whip these delicious truffles in just 15 minutes. They don't have any refined sugar and you have room to be as creative with them as you want. Almonds- Small Half cup ( or 1/4 th measuring cup) Dates- 11 nos. ( pick the soft ones) Chocolate - Half measuring Cup Pistachio - Half measuring cup Method: Powder the Almonds and blend the dates. Combine around half of the powder almonds to dates to form a soft mixture. Make small bite sized truffles. Refrigerate them for sometime. Meanwhile melt the chocolate and blanch pistachio. Take some pistachio in a bowl, add some water and microwave for 30 seconds, this will blanch it and help you peel off the skin. You can skip this step and directly chop them as well. Coat the truffles with melted chocolate and cover them with chopped pistachio and some with remaining almond powder. Your truffles are ready!
