Buttercream • 150 g Butter, Room Temperature • 300 g powdered sugar • 2 tbsp Milk • 3 tbsp cream cheese Carrot Cake - 250 g walnuts and pecans - 400 g carrots - 220g sugar - 2 eggs - 160g canola oil - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 1/2 tsp mixed spices ( cinnamon, ginger, cloves) - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tsp baking soda - 200 g flour “Lebnen A7la Balad Bel 3alam” and I’ve been trying to prove it since 2012.
