Lasagna
Layer 1
2 cans tomato sauce
½ chopped onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika
Little bit of pepper
In a pot add all the ingredients and cook on medium for few minutes (5 minutes)
Layer 2
Zucchini (thinly sliced lengthwise)
Layer 3
steamed mushrooms
Layer 4
Cheese sauce
2 cups soaked raw cashews ( soak in water for 2 hours or soak in hot water for 30 minutes)
3/4 cup water
¼ cup nutritional yeast
Juice from half of lemon
2 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until creamy
Bake at 350F for 60 minutes or more until the zucchini is tender.
