How to make wireless power transmission

You can use any low power NPN transistor. Such as : 2N3904, Bc547, BC548 , anything .... 3/ That circuit is limited. No more distance . 4/ You can't use high voltage more than 1.5 or the life of transistor shortens.(massive heat!! ) 5/ Other Resistor values for you is 470ohm, 2.2k ohm, 10 k ohm.
