Simei Khiri is a sweet and easy to make recipe. It takes very less time to prepare with minimum ingredients such as vermicelli , milk , sugar , dry nots etc. Serve it warm with roti , paratha or with poori.
Ingredients:
1. Vermicelli - 1 cup
2. Warm milk - 1½ glass
3. Condensed milk - 1/4 cup
4. Sugar - 1/4 cup
5. Water - 3/4 glass or use as required
6. Ghee - 2 tbsp
7. Crushed cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
8. Cumin seeds - A pinch or 1/4 tsp ( Optional )
9. Cloves - 2
10. Broken cashew nuts - ( 10 - 12 )
11. Raisins / Kismis - ( 10- 12 )
12. Saffron / Kesar - ( 4 -5 threads )
