Point of Clarity: Guidelines state a maximum of 10 people or 50% capacity of the boat whichever is GREATER (The boat capacity was 90 people). Also, I did not see or treat patients until after following all guidelines for safe return. Thank you for hearing me out. I made a mistake and I apologize.
