We are here this week to settle this debate once and for all, which is the best lobster tail, boiled or grilled. We took 2 Maine lobsters, cooked them each a different way and did the ultimate seafood taste test and we came up with a clear winner. Not too long ago, we did a comparison between northern “Maine” lobster and warm water “Spiny or Florida” lobsters.
