How to Use the Stitch Tool on TikTok - NEW Stitch Feature

TikTok has a new feature called Stitch that allows creators to use clips from other users’ TikTok videos and then add their own ending! Watch this video to learn how to use the TikTok Stitch tool. #TikTokStitch To begin, you’ll need to find the TikTok video you want to use a clip from. Then, tap the share icon on the right. In the menu that appears, select Stitch. Now, use the slider at the bottom to select the part of the TikTok you want to include in your own video. Drag the markers on either side to select the start and end point of the portion you want to use. When you’re done, tap Next. Now you can shoot your own original portion of your TikTok video. Record this part of your TikTok as normal, using any effects and filters you’d like. When you’re finished recording your own portion, tap the check mark at the bottom. Now you’ll see a preview of your stitched TikTok video. Add any text and additional effects you want to use, then tap Next to move on to posting. Your stitched TikTok will automatically show that it’s been stitched with the original creator’s video and they will be tagged.
