This sequence, specifically designed for the First Trimester, will help to calm your mind, ease common pregnancy-related side-effects like nausea and low back pain, and provide a great stretch to your body. No prior yoga experience is necessary. In your first trimester, be gentle to your body. It is doing a lot!!! This will not be a heart pumping exercise flow but rather a slow flow to nurture, love, and respect your body so it can do its very important job!
