@usaman7358منذ 3 سنوات Much prefer these "older" videos under 10 minutes VS. the newer ones of 30 minutes. When every youtuber puts out 30+ minute videos, if one were id="hidden3" class="buttons"> just following 10 people (most follow many more than this), it would take an entire day to watch them all. So what happens next? Most will just fast forward through them or worse, skip them altogether. I've found myself doing exactly that and I'm sure many others have to. ....وسعت 84

@imranakbar796العام الماضي Very true, sometimes even in summer I get my hands and feet cold. I thought it was because of discontinuing exercise because whenever I get back to exercise, id="hidden7" class="buttons"> I never come across to this.
To quit exercise is inviting stress and anxiety because everyone faces tensions and worries but exercises safeguard our body.
    Thanks Dr.

@FiveElements00منذ 3 سنوات Thank you for this clear & easy to understand explanation. I have extremely cold hands and feet almost my entire life. My hands are freezing cold, id="hidden10" class="buttons"> not near 70 degrees. You said stress & tension is the reason, that makes sense because I worked at fast food for many years having to wait on hundreds of people at high speed. Also attending school & getting to class (walking long distance) before bell rings. I am tense and a fast paced person. I finally learned how to relax but I still have chronic cold hands and feet. @daytonszalay1422منذ 5 سنوات I know this video is old but id like to thank you , i have had cold hands and feet for the last year or so , to the point where one of my toes goes purple id="hidden11" class="buttons"> most the day and my hands get pins and needles. i am only 26 years old so i got a bit worried so ive been tested for diabetes , nutrient deficits and all kinds of thing my doctor simply one day said it may be raynaud's disease from my stress levels and just left me with that.I have had chronic stress and anxiety most my life but more so this year due to some severe emotional trauma . the doctor never took the time to explain anything in depth so ive been left to worry about my hands and feet for months with no test results showing any answer, so thank you so much for this awesome in depth explanation it really helped me understand what my doctor meant by this being "stress induced". I hope now i can feel calmer about my hands and feet thus letting me heal. ....وسعت 2
