Collins Khosa allegedly died at the hands of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) during the national lockdown on 10 April. An internal inquiry conducted by the SANDF board found the soldiers to be innocent but a criminal investigation is still ongoing by the South African Police, according to a statement released by the Minister of Defence Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula on Friday.
