Improving Eczema using an Elimination Diet for a month. Day 1

Day 1 of the elimination diet to help reduce kenzies eczema flair ups and irritations. Easter holidays are here so the children and I worked on easter crafts and spent time at the park. It has been very cold with several snow flurries! We take Kenzie shopping for some nice treats and food so that he has variety through this diet. Welcome to Worms Eye View.
