Commonly also known as lava cakes, chocolate fondant was my first plated dessert I learnt to make. I always assumed it was such a technical dessert to make but it really isn't! It's all about perfecting the cooking time and once you know what to look out for, you'll be rolling these fondants out one after the other! See recipe below.

200g icing sugar
