In this week's episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of what it was like to film and submit my first self-tape, an audition that I filmed myself and submitted digitally (vs. going to an in-person audition). SO MUCH fear, anxiety, and imposter syndrome came up for me while doing this and I really had to find the inner strength to quiet those thoughts and come back to my "why" — I definitely don't have all the answers, but from what I've learned on my journey in this world so far, I firmly believe that buried dreams and desires turn into judgment, resentment, and negativity. And those are not emotional states I want to live in. I don't want to pass them on to my kids, and I don't want to bring them into the world. We need more love and joy. And so that is why I refuse to be scared, even when I can feel the fear coursing through my body.
