Filipino Mango Float - Great summer treat! I didn't have Graham Crackers so I used @lotusbiscoffuk biscuits instead. I suggest to not add too much condensed milk as the Biscoff is quite sweet itself. Highly recommend you don't skip the salt and lemon juice as it will enhance the overall flavour❤ Ingredients: 300ml chilled double cream 1/2 cup condensed milk (add less or more according to desired sweetness) a pinch of salt 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 ripe honey mango 20-30 Biscoff biscuits Directions: In a large bowl pour double cream beat with a hand mixer until doubled in size and stiff peaks forms (it will take around 6-10 minutes). Add condensed milk, a pinch salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice. Blend again until well combined. Set aside. In a square/rectangle baking tray or casserole create the float layers (1 layer of Biscoff, 1 layer of the cream mixture, 1 layer of diced mango). Repeat until you've reach the top of the tray. Decorate the top with mango slices and crushed biscoff. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Serve cold. #mangofloat #filipinomangofloat #mango
