@Brent0331العام الماضي I've had nothing but great experiences with PSA weapons. I also have several hybrid rifles like yours that have a PSA lower on it. Great weapons and for the price they can't be beat. 45
  • @
@DJTheMetalheadMercenaryالعام الماضي PSA has absolutely increased their quality in the last 10 years, i'm very impressed with their AK'as much as their new AR's on the market. Good stuff! 43

@mrshort2379العام الماضي PSA fan all the way. I love how they prioritise civilians having firearms over military contracts. in my opinion anybody that doesn't like PSA products id="hidden4" class="buttons"> has to have some serious reason, because even PSA customer service, and warranties are top of the line and better than most all Mfg's. can't wait for their STG line ....وسعت 23

@mickmacy6161قبل 11 أشهر That custom A2/A4 is a beauty! I have had only positive experiences with PSA. Bought (me) a lightweight AR for the wife, a red dot, ammo, mags, and a few id="hidden5" class="buttons"> spare parts.
About 10 years ago, I ordered and built a kit A2 (permanent attached) carry handle and A2 buttstock, 16" Mid-length and shoot iron sights, from Del-Ton. The upper was sighted in and ready to rock upon arrival. It is my daily driver. I call it an A2 Stubby. I'd love to put the old school triangular handguards on it, but could not find any at a quality or cost I was willing to try.

@toynaziالعام الماضي PSA has been creating a giant the last few years. They have bought rights to brands names and they are now making ammo too.
I have higher end stuff id="hidden6" class="buttons"> but I tend to use the cheaper stuff more.
I have a few of the cheap PSA AR's but I also have a few of the premiums that have all been great.

@vermontvermont9292العام الماضي I've had my RRA AR-15a3 as they call it for 3 years now. Well over 5,000 rounds, and not a single issue. The 20" is what I grew up seeing people id="hidden7" class="buttons"> carry, and in all the movies. It's the classic look. However it really does take full advantage of 5.56. The way it's supposed to be. At our private range 593 meters I can tell you it's full capable. It's my go to rifle for everything. I have an optic on mine, a Burris rt-6. Only because I don't have a carry handle. I need to get a good one soon. I'm even rocking a classic usgi sling from the late 80's I found in a pile of random stuff. Still in bag with directions and everything, could believe it. I really want to get one with the integrated carry handle and have a true A2 clone. Really cool to see the 20" making a come back, along with old school gear. ....وسعت 5

@jeredhersh789العام الماضي My first AR was a PSA build that I bought used, from a friend. Nitride finish, 16" midlength upper with a Toolcraft BCG. Standard M4 style sights, id="hidden9" class="buttons"> quadrail handguard. In the time I had it, it saw well over 4,000 rounds, at least half of it Tula steel case. Cleaning was only done every thousand rounds or so. The only malfunctions were due to a crushed surplus mag that didnt feed right, and shooting the rifle at -20°F. In temperatures that cold, standard CLP gels up and will cause failures to feed. Once the rifle got hot, it ran fine. In my experience, PSA is good to go if you give it a once-over and make sure everything is torqued. ....وسعت 2

@ghostwolf4354العام الماضي Only issue I had with a PSA rifle was a carbine-length gas block under a free-floating barrel that wasn't correctly lined up with the gas vent hole id="hidden11" class="buttons"> in the barrel. @tylertapp131قبل 11 أشهر Good shit. I've built out probably 10 to 15 rigs through psa over the years, everything from 10.5 up to 20 inch rifles shot suppressed and unsuppressed. id="hidden14" class="buttons"> THEY ALL GO BANG. yeah they had some qc issues before but man they've become a hell of a contender. My main squeeze is a 13.7 sons of liberty, because of reasons.. but mostly because they were the first guys on the block I knew of makin that barrel length. The reason I even jumped on it was because I saw the potential of that length barrel since I played with so many different barrel lengths close to semi extended ranges. I've put thousands of rounds through psa rigs and they eat anything you put in em, rain or shine, hot or cold. They just work, I just recently built out an m16a2 carbine or 723 (blood diamond) with their h&r line and workin on an m16a1 carbine now. They're a blue collar workin mans gun at a price hard to beat. ....وسعت 2

@Goldenwithaleashالعام الماضي I’m a BCM guy but PSA does make some great stuff, especially for the price. When my dad (who isn’t a AR guy) wanted a rifle for SHTF, I built him a PSA with a FN barrel and it’s been great. He’s not going to shoot 10k rounds through it so getting him a DD or BCM would have been a waste. Added a Steiner 1-4x LPVO that I had laying around and a Streamlight light. It’s a perfect simple setup for him. ....وسعت 3

@Blueknight1960قبل 6 أشهر At the end of the day, when you pull the trigger, you want it to go bang, be accurate and reliable. The FN chf barrels are accurate. I have 2 of the FN id="hidden20" class="buttons"> barrels, an 18" and a 20" and both are very accurate. As far as lowers go, I don't see any brand being better than the other. My 1st ar upper was made by Hardened Arms (2017 and it's a 16" barrel) out of Washington state, they have since gone out of business mated to a PSA lower. I have upgraded the trigger and buffer spring and buffer ( I didn't need too but, it's what I wanted to do). Then I ordered an 18" fn chf upper from PSA, which left me with a 16" upper. Well I couldn't have a barrel just lying around doing nothing. So I bought a stripped sons of liberty lower and parts kit. Now I have 2 ar's. I've always wanted a 20" ar and when I was in the market, psa didn't have any in stock (That's when I bought the 18" barrel), a few weeks ago I was looking and they had 1 in stock, so I ordered it. Well damn, now I need another lower. So I took the PSA lower off the Hardened arms 16" upper and used it with the 20" upper. Now I'm in the same situation, got a 16" barrel just lying around doing nothing. Back to PSA to get a complete lower. Long story short, I started out just wanting a single ar-15 and here I am with 3. Not really sure if there is a point to what I just typed other than PSA doesn't suck like some would want you to believe.
Edit: I also shoot PSA's AAC 77gr otm ammo, it's also very accurate.

  • @
@MrJDadBlackالعام الماضي Great rifle! We shot the hell out of the M16’s in the Army. They still shoot 3-4 MOA after 10’s of thousands of rounds, but usually are replaced before deployment or you just get a brand new rifle.
Mil-spec rifles still need an armorer because all rifles break. Most rifles are made pretty well these days, but most people expect them to be unrealistically perfect like in the “movies.” Keep slingin’ led friend!

@cliffkirby8570العام الماضي I bought one of their entry level AR-15s with a 16 inch barrel and I put a scope on it and have been shooting it out to 750 yd with very good accuracy. id="hidden33" class="buttons"> I have about a thousand rounds through it so far with zero issues. Shoots very well with 55 to 75 grain ammo. It shoots about anything with acceptable accuracy.. I have a Daniel defense and it is finicky however it shoots with acceptable accuracy with anything but it doesn't shoot great with just anything. ....وسعت 1

@jellyfrosh9102العام الماضي Had a PSA 20” premium and it came factory with a canted gas block which made the front sight canted, and the buffer tube was literally hand tight. I didn’t even get through half a magazine and it was coming loose.
Meanwhile the colt 20” I bought for 250 dollars more has been flawless. You get what you pay for

@dutch0770العام الماضي PSA has come a long way. But like everything you buy. You go to buy. you hace to watch what you spend or buy. I've had a PSA Jakl rusted from the id="hidden38" class="buttons"> factory, AAC ammo that 3 of the bullets look like they have been chewed on, BCG gernaded at 2k rounds (1.8k), canted sites, "Prem" upper that came in 3 different colors, ak with broken sites out of the box, a SIG MCX LT that was a BLEM they tried to charge full price for. I like PSA. and they give full refunds but I have had problems. Doesn't stop me from purchasing from them. just frustrating. Also their prices have gone pretty crazy on some things. Some of their uppers are up in the 800-1k range. Those are BCM, Geissele, DD sale price ranges. Noway am I going to pay the sme there. ....وسعت 2

@toddk1377العام الماضي I have practically the same rifle, only thing it needed out of the box was some metal 20 round mags and a bayonet to complete that sexy nostalgic look. id="hidden41" class="buttons"> This rifle does indeed have one major issue, it's so damn fun to shoot, my pockets aren't deep enough to provide the thousands of rounds I'd like to shoot! I've had mine for almost 4 1/2 years now and it's had quite a few cases of RAS and Barnaul ammo put through it, no issues at all. It's gasses well enough that even the cheap tula and wolf ammo cycles it fine but it does shoot M193 and M855 quite well. As a fan of 9 holes review channel, I did the 9-9 shot test at 100 yards with various ammo varieties and to my amazment, no significant heat shifts but did notice larger groups as the barrel got hot, but not large enough to cause concern for accuracy issues, still be minute of man out to 500 yards when it was it's hottest. My Socom profile BCA barrel will perform similar, but none of the government profile or pencil profile barrela will do that. The others all suffer from either heat shift by an MOA or two or start to string a few moa. That's the one huge benefit to the heavy profile barrel of that FN barrel. It's not a match barrel and it's not meant to be, but even when it'll melt your skin off, it will still maintain a respectable level of accuracy which is why I wanted that specific barrel in the first place.
One reason why I'd prefer PSA over any other AR company, the fact they are so pro 2A and they also own their own 2A rights group. Unlike DD and some other firearm manufacturers who will play both sides of the aisle, PSA stands firm on the 2A pro side, which is enough to make me a loyal customer and supporter.

@itsamk18-ishالعام الماضي I’ve had 5 psa rifles over the years, not one of them came without needing something tweaked before hitting the range. To me i see it as being fine because I can get a sub 500$ rifle that needs a gas block or castle nut tightened,it’s not a big deal. To someone who can’t/won’t or don’t know how to work on a rifle,a loose gas block or loose castle nut can be catastrophic.
Another youtuber recently put out a video where he had 3 “premium” psa bcgs. None of them would head space, he found that something was jacked up with the ejector spring. He swapped out the springs on all 3 and one of them had an additional problem with the bolt that couldn’t be fixed. Again to someone who knows how to work on a rifle, not a big deal you can save a lot of money. Someone without the tools or knowledge well now you have to do an rma but what if they just threw a gun together and needed that gun to defend their home. Would be a shitty way to find out your ejector spring is out of spec.
I’ve said for a long time if psa upped their QC game they could take over the industry. Sadly i think a lot of companies depend on people not shooting their guns,if you don’t shoot it then you don’t know it’s not right. Every company puts out bad stuff sometimes but damn ‍♂️. On my guns after reassembling them correctly they all functioned great , i have a chf upper on a psa lower that has just under 10k rounds mostly suppressed and i can’t remember ever having a malfunction other than some stuck cases when running wolf. So i know they can make a good product they just need a little more QC or some people who are rifle builders and not just assembly line workers.
