Do you think that you could make a video that addresses midi, as it relates to instruments? I have combed id="hidden3" class="buttons"> countless forums and read through the Ardour manual again and again, and I have not been able to find any PROPER documentation or explanations for how to get any external midi instruments working in Ardour. If you could please expand on the installation and use of things like Carla (I am sure this is useful, but I have no clue what it is, applicably) and how to do things like use zynaddsubfx in Ardour? This would be so very helpful. I almost have a functioning studio, I just need to maximize my midi keyboard, and this means, I need to know how to wrap it is instruments, or something like that. I am dying to record, please help me please. Please ....وسعت 2

The only way to get that it's in the top right id="hidden4" class="buttons"> corner, with the button "mixer".
I can't figure out how put the mixer in the same position as you.

I have a Digital Piano with midi out. and a m-audio to plug in. so. i wanna use the midi interface with some app class="buttons"> in linux (i use linux). so with Ardour, i can record my piano and use the midi to change also the sounds??? (i dont speak english, hope this understood) Thanks. ....وسعت

@JoeEvansSoundمنذ 4 سنوات Hi, I try to watch your yt videos but when I have ardour open in another session on my pc the yt video just display a moving arrow (denoting wait i think). id="hidden6" class="buttons"> I then cancel ardour and YT works OK, I restart ardour and yt video goes into wait state again. I am so confused! - is it a memory prob? Can you help at all please? thanx {pj} ....وسعت 1

@Rabixterمنذ 4 سنوات Hi - I have calf installed, and I can open it up using Carla rack, however, I dont want to use a rack. I want to use those Calf plugins directly in my id="hidden7" class="buttons"> DAW. And I am not even sure where the Calf plugins are saved (I installed it by referring to one of your other videos). Do you know how I can use Calf in my DAW without the "middleman" i.e. Carla rack? ....وسعت

@Moontrip87منذ 7 سنوات Why are you putting your dynamic and eq plugins after the fader? Your post fade effects should really only be for aux sends to a bus whether it be effects id="hidden9" class="buttons"> or sub-mix. There are times when the use of a modulation plugin might work better post fade, but if you are changing your levels, it will have a dramatic effect on your compressors and eq's. Click above the "fader" button to insert plug-ins pre-fader. ....وسعت 1
