    @dreameryoung38قبل 3 أشهر So glad I saw your video, I don't no what beef tallow is but I buttered my pan and put my burger in the pan for 3 minutes but I put a lid on it. I would flip it about 3 times and it came out good 1

I've done it with High heat until it smokes and then turn it down to low and leave it for id="hidden4" class="buttons"> a bit. But the burgers crust in like 1-2 minutes and end up being under cooked on the inside with a decent crust (i flip after 2 minutes cuz it is already super seared). ....وسعت 1

    @howtomoderateقبل 7 أشهر Get a cast iron burger press. 90 seconds on each side with high heat. Smash the burger down and stack them when finished. It's a more even cook and it tastes way better.

    @DunkYTPقبل 8 أشهر Flip them away from you, use oil at the start, not butter (tiny bit of oil, burgers cook in their own juices) and don't squish them, they'll lose their juices.
