In this video , am sharing the Pulioharae - Puliodharai (Tamariind Rice) recipe, where am showing the masala preparation as well.
Masala's may vary depends on the place and communities. Here am showing the basic type, which can be stored and used for minimum of 15 days in fridge.
Sooner, will share the other types of puliohare.
Ingredients:

Coirandar Seeds - 2 Tbsp
Channa dhal - 1 Tbsp
Raw rice - 1 Tbsp
Pepper - 1 Tsp
Jeera - 1 Tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Red Chilly - 3 No's
Tempering :

Mustard - 1 Tsp
Channa Dhal - 1 Tsp
Urad Dhal - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves - 1 Strand
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 Tsp or Less
Red Chilly - 1 No
Other Ingredients:

Turmeric - A pinch
Tamarind ( Lemon Size)Extract - 1 Cup
Water - 1/2 Cup
